The owners are not too far from work, so needed a place they can work and play.
The second storey addition takes in uninterrupted views of the beach and beyond. With large timber beams and a stairway to the best views in the house. The owners have sourced recycled material including stunning timber beams from the local area and featured these within their design. The home was also designed to be very economical and efficient taking into account the seasons and the weather facing this build.
We sure are having a lot of fun with this project which is still underway.
